We may utilize Google® Analytics in connection with our Website. We may use Google® Analytics to collect information about you over time and across websites after you visit our Website or Other Websites. For information regarding how Google® uses data when you use Google®’s partners’ sites or apps, such as our Website, please visit https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners.
You hereby consent to the storing and accessing of cookies or other information of your device by us and/or Google® in connection with the Google® Analytics Services, as explained in the link above. Certain other opt-out features may be available at http://optout.networkadvertising.org/?c=1.
Internet Based Advertising and Google® Analytics
This section of our Privacy Policy provides details about internet-based advertising (also called “targeted advertising”, “remarketing”, or “behavioral advertising”), Google® Analytics, and your choices with respect to this type of advertising.
We may use Google® Analytics 3rd-party audience data such as age, gender, and interests to better understand the behavior of our Website visitors and work with companies that collect information about our users’ online activities to provide advertising targeted to suit users’ interests and preferences. For example, you may see certain ads on the Website or Other Websites because we may contract with Google® and other similar companies to target our ads based on information we or they have collected, including information that was collected through automated means (such as cookies and web beacons). These companies may also use automated technologies to collection information when you click on our ads, which help track and manage the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
You may opt out of the automated collection of information of third party ad networks for the purpose of delivering advertisements tailored to your interests by visiting the consumer opt-out page of your Self-Regulatory Principles for Behavior Advertising at http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ and edit or opt out of your Google® Display Network ads preferences at http://google.com/ads/preferences. Because those opt-out and preference control pages are specific to the individual browser used to visit the pages, and because we do not operate these pages, we are unable to perform the opt-outs on your behalf.
We may use Google Analytics to provide you with information about us, our organization, and/or our services.
The Website may use additional Google® Analytics Advertising Features (Remarketing with Google® Analytics, Google® Display Network Impression Reporting, Google® Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting, and/or integrated services that require Google® Analytics to collect data for advertising purposes, including the collection of data via advertising cookies and identifiers), in which case the following provisions, as applicable, will apply:
The Website may use Google® Adwords remarketing service to advertise to third party websites (including Google®) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who have not completed a task on our site, for example filling out the form comprising The Promise. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google® search results page, or a site in the Google® Display Network. Third party vendors, such as Google®, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Google®’s privacy policy.
You can set preferences for how Google® advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page located at https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662856?hl=en-GB, and if you want to you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely using your cookie settings by downloading the IBA Opt-out by Google® located at https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/iba-opt-out-by-google/gbiekjoijknlhijdjbaadobpkdhmoebb or permanently using another applicable browser plug-in.

On an aggregate basis only, we collect comprehensive demographic, business information and data, and other Non-Identifying Information about users of the Website or Other Websites. Except as expressly set forth in this Privacy Policy, we will never disclose any Identifying Information as part of this aggregate information but we may lend, sell, share or otherwise disclose aggregate information with others so we can perform research and provide the results to third parties, enhance and market the Website and/or Other Websites, and conduct accounting and process record keeping functions.

Please contact those third parties directly if you have questions about their privacy policies.
Cookies, Web Beacons, Clear Gifs, and IP Addresses
We may also use a feature of your browser called a “cookie.” Your cookie automatically identifies your computer – but not you – to our servers when you visit the Website or Other Websites and allows us to correlate your computer with certain usage patterns which are stored in our log files. We may use cookies to gather general, aggregate statistics about the overall popularity and usage of the Website. We may also use more temporary cookies, often referred to as session cookies, to keep a user logged into the system and aid in the exchange of information between pages without loss of data. Such a cookie, however, is only stored for the current browsing session and is deleted once the browser is closed. We can also read cookies from the Website and Other Websites. Search for Cookies under your Web browser’s Help menu for more information on cookie management features available to you. We may also collect information through the use of clear gifs (also called web beacons and web bugs) in selected email messages we send to you. These are tiny graphic files, not visible to the human eye, that are included in HTML-based emails and used to let us know which emails we send are opened. Clear gifs may also see or read cookies on your computer. When authorized by us, third parties specializing in monitoring aggregate statistical use of our site with whom we contract, may use cookies, our web log files, web beacons, and other monitoring technologies to compile anonymous aggregate data.
Additionally, we may use IP address information to count and track aggregate visits to the Website and/or Other Websites, to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer the Website and/or Other Websites. We may also link IP addresses to Personal Data to track sessions on our Website or Other Websites.

If we make any substantive changes to our Privacy Policy in the future with regard to how we use your Personal Data, we will incorporate those changes here and will notify you via posting on our Website and/or Other Websites that the Privacy Policy has been updated. Your continued use of the Website or Other Websites after a new version of this Privacy Policy has been posted (or any other manifestation of your assent to such modified Privacy Policy) constitutes your acceptance of the changes on a prospective basis. If you do not agree to the changes, please discontinue use of the Website and Other Websites. Lastly, if we are sold or merged with another company, your Personal Data will be included as part of the sale as noted above but unless you’re notified that the Privacy Policy is changed, your Personal Data and other collected information will be maintained in the same manner.
